FIBER TO THE HOME
Click on the Diagram listed below to view a general representation of how the Fiber operates in the home. As the diagram shows, each home is provided with an Active ONT which is powered by the provided Cyber Power that is plugged directly into an AC power outlet. If the Cyber Power is unplugged it will switch to battery backup and will power your subscribed services for up to 13 hours. At this point, if the Cyber Power is not plugged back in the the AC power outlet, all of your subscribed services will not work. The ONT at each home has the capability of providing the customer with phone, fax, broadband, and digital television.
