TELEPHONE SERVICE
Granby Telephone Company has been providing Local Telephone and Long Distance Service to the Granby and Diamond Area for over 100 years. To apply for service you can print and complete the forms listed below and bring them to our Granby Office. A valid photo id is required for all new applicants. A signed application releases your credit information to Granby Telephone Company. GTC uses Equifax Credit Services to obtain your credit file. All information that we receive from Equifax is kept in strict confidence and GTC cannot discuss your credit information with you or any other authorized person. You may contact Equifax @ 1-800-685-1111 to obtain a copy of your credit report. Under our billing procedures and subject to rules established by the Missouri Public Service commission, we may require a deposit. If you have any questions regarding telephone service or the application forms please call or visit our Granby office. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., Saturday 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
